A meal fit for a Writer,Editor,Publisher (instead of king, get it?)

sidedish:

Fat Free "Editor's" Whipped-Up Augratins:

potatoes slices thin to fill a caserole dish 3/4 full (aprox.6)

onions sliced thin (aprox.2 med.)

1 16 oz. can fat free cream of mushroom soup

fresh mushrooms sliced thin (aprox. 5)

coolwhip fat free (aprox. 3 globs)

bacon bits fat free (aprox. 3 TBSP or 3 shakes, whatever)

seseme seeds (aprox. 1 TBSP or 1 quick shake)

parsley flakes (aprox. 1 TBSP or 1 quick shake)

Layer potatoes & onions in dish, add mushroom soup to directions on can,
stir in coolwhip, then add other ingredients. mix well.microwave 55 minutes or until thick.


main dish:

Sweet & Spicey Writer's Steak:

2 card deck sized steak

sm onion sliced

italian salad dressing (aprox.1/2 c, just pour it!)

honey (aprox.4 TBSP just pour it!)
cook steak as usual in pan until tender with water in the bottom instead of butter or oil

add ingredients simmer until steak has a glaze consistancy from ingredients, serve.


dessert:

Fruit Chocolate Publisher's Pie/Tart Crimps:

plastic walmart 3 for $1 pie/tart crimper, or can do by hand by folding in half then crimping with fork end.

2 pie shells ( already made in grocery store)

1 can cherry pie filling

chocolate syrup

fresh or frozen fruit chunks

10x sugar

pam spray
place pie/tarts in tart maker or take pie shell place flat on counter top. Slice into 2 or 4, fill with ingredients, crimp with fork after folding or pie crimper. sprinkle with 10x sugar, spray with pam, bake until golden brown. eat
